10 years of entrepreneurial experience in the restaurant and entertainment fields in highly tourist-receptive areas, combined with 10 years of innovation and success in city venue management, lay the foundation for strategic and operational consultancy activities in support of public administrations, real estate funds, and corporate headquarters for the redevelopment of tourist destinations or the development of urban neighborhoods and business districts.

The approach oriented towards achieving an "always on" dimension that promotes the positioning of a particular geography by generating footfall is based on the evaluation, design, and promotion of indoor and outdoor spaces, the provision of services for residents, citizens, workers, and tourists, and the creation of onsite and online events.

Visionary capacity and technical expertise are essential starting points for determining the sense of place, attractiveness, and aspirational qualities of these locations.

25 years of creative, managerial, and entrepreneurial experience in the communication and entertainment industry in Italy and abroad provide the foundation for strategic and organizational consultancy activities serving companies and their top management. These activities aim to identify the best practices for brand activation, develop solid and concrete business/sponsorship models, and define innovative formats for live entertainment.

The goal-oriented approach is based on maintaining a constant and collaborative relationship with C-level executives and building an internal team supported by industry professionals to acquire the necessary know-how.

Competence, relationship management, and methodology are the keys to making a difference and successfully overcoming complex obstacles. Ideas do not belong to those who conceive them, but to those who know how to bring them to life.

MASTER EVENT MANAGEMENT

Over the course of 15 years, the coordination of the Event Management Master's program in collaboration with IED - Istituto Europeo di Design have contributed to training over three hundred managers and full-processing professionals capable of managing the entire event process from planning to execution as well as capable people to excite, getting excited, with their work.

Since its establishment, the Master's program has stood out in the national post-graduate training offer thanks to its experimental study plan and a faculty made up of top industry professionals. ANDREA BACCUINI
Creative entrepreneur, with a rare passion for excel formulas, Andrea Baccuini has made destination design the culmination of a long professional experience, which began in New York in 1996. Once back in Italy, he founded It's Cool Events before joining Filmaster Events, a large-scale events production company with which he won the opportunity to organize Rio 2016 Olympics Opening Ceremonies. In 2014, he founded Big Spaces, the first Italian venue management company that deals in the field of promotion, marketing, and management of event locations in Milan, Porta Nuova district. Then, in 2020, amidst the Pandemic, he launched Milano City Studios. In the meantime, he established and developed 5 Club, which gave rise to two highly successful hospitality formats: Super G - Italian Mountain Club in Courmayeur and Meraviglioso Singing Restaurant in Porto Cervo. Already founder of Consulta degli Eventi in Italy, and curator of the Master in Event Management at IED Milan, Andrea Baccuini is called by companies and organizations to play the role of Destination Advisor. An absolute supporter of the crucial importance of contents, also applied to entertainment, he believes that Italy will make it thanks to young people and tourism. He was born in Turin in 1972.
